Duncan & Stoker Commercial Insurance Solutions Inc provides Commercial Insurance solutions and customer service support for the commercial insurance industry.   Use of our Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, California & Mississippi
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Washington State.
